In the spring of 2025, a long-standing neighborhood dispute in Washington, D.C. tragically escalated to a fatal conclusion. On the afternoon of Tuesday, May 27th, 32-year-old Tequila Parker was shot and killed on the 2300 block of Pitts Place in Southeast Washington. The incident, which unfolded around 12:41 p.m., was the culmination of an ongoing conflict between Parker and her neighbors.
