In the quiet, pre-dawn hours of August 10, 2025, a tragedy unfolded inside a central Phoenix apartment that claimed the life of 27-year-old Robert Schaezlein. A White / Caucasian male, Schaezlein was discovered by police with at least one gunshot wound in a residence near 15th Avenue and Highland Avenue. The initial call reporting the shooting came in around 2:30 a.m., shattering the morning's stillness.
