In the fading daylight of May 31, 2023, a dispute in a Phoenix, Arizona apartment complex parking lot turned deadly, claiming the life of 34-year-old Curtis T'Wayne Haskins. A male, Haskins was found by Phoenix police officers near 25th and Peoria avenues suffering from a gunshot wound. He was quickly transported to a nearby hospital, but tragically, his injuries proved fatal.
