Kiana Pliska, a 32-year-old woman from Cudahy, Wisconsin, was fatally shot on July 16, 2026, during what authorities described as a domestic-related encounter at the Lake Park Apartments in St. Francis. At about 6:30 p.m., St. Francis police responded to multiple 911 calls reporting gunfire and a woman lying in the parking lot near South Packard Avenue.
