In the early hours of March 29, 1988, the body of 31-year-old Terri Kay Roark, a white female, was discovered on the northbound lanes of Interstate 87, on the Thaddeus Kosciusko Bridge in Clifton Park, New York. An autopsy would later reveal that she had died from a traumatic brain injury, the result of a severe beating with a blunt object that had fractured her skull.
