Rene Nogues Sanchez, a 39-year-old Hispanic man, lost his life on April 2, 2022, in a senseless act of violence. The incident occurred in the parking lot of a gas station in Phoenix, Arizona, following a verbal altercation. As Rene was walking away from the argument, he was tragically shot in the back. The perpetrator of this crime has not yet been identified or apprehended, leaving his family and community searching for answers and justice.
A hardworking electrician who specialized in
installing neon and LED signs for new businesses, Rene was the primary provider for his family. He was known for his kind and honest nature, always willing to help others and bring laughter to those around him. His sudden and violent death has left a profound void in the lives of his loved ones.
Rene leaves behind a wife and four children: two young daughters and two teenage sons. His wife, who was not employed at the time of his death, is now faced with the immense challenge of raising their children alone. In the wake of this tragedy, a GoFundMe campaign was established by his brother to help alleviate the financial burden of funeral expenses and ongoing bills for his grieving family.
