Joseph Charlton Weathers, a 4-year-old white male from Talladega, Alabama, was tragically murdered in February 1986. Although his death was initially recorded as occurring on February 19, 1986, some confusion may arise due to later legal proceedings and documentation referencing events into June of that year.
