In the early morning hours of September 21, 2013, a dispute on a Las Vegas road escalated into a fatal encounter for 23-year-old Kristopher Stafford. The White / Caucasian male was a passenger in a vehicle when another car reportedly cut them off. An ensuing confrontation led to Stafford striking the other vehicle with an object. In response, multiple gunshots were fired from the suspect's car, striking Stafford.
