The Chrysler, traveling westbound on Craig Road, ran a red light and collided with a Nissan sedan traveling northbound on North 5th Street. The driver of the Nissan was not injured and remained at the scene. Medical personnel transported the 22-year-old man and the baby to UMC Trauma, where the baby later succumbed to his injuries from multiple gunshot wounds. The manner of death was ruled a homicide by the Clark County Coroner's Office.
