In the early morning hours of May 6, 2013, the life of 44-year-old Hispanic male Juan Martinez was irrevocably altered on a quiet street in Las Vegas. Officers from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department responded to a call shortly after 5 a.m. regarding a suspicious person in the 500 block of North Lamb Boulevard, just south of Bonanza Road.
Upon their arrival, they discovered Martinez suffering from what were described as unknown injuries.
