Do you know who murdered Israel Ortiz?
On March 9, 2002, at approximately 2304 hours, LVMPD patrol officers responded to the Paradise Spa Apartments located at 9457 South Las Vegas Boulevard, Las Vegas, Nevada regarding a car-to-car shooting. Officers discovered the rear passenger in a 1962 green Chevrolet Impala had been shot twice causing his death. The front passenger in the vehicle was also shot, he was transported to the hospital and survived.
