Sandra Sue “Sandy” Little, a 21-year-old white woman, was last seen alive on September 4, 1990, in St. Louis, Missouri. She had been reported missing to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department on October 7, 1990. On February 17, 1991, her decomposed body was discovered inside a wooden box along the north shoulder of westbound Interstate 70 at mile marker 220 in O’Fallon, Missouri.
