Shannon Jonika Orr, a 29-year-old resident of St. Louis, Missouri, was tragically killed on August 3, 2016. She was found suffering from gunshot wounds in the city, and despite investigations by the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, the case remains unsolved.
