Kiera D. Tanter, a 16-year-old girl from St. Louis, Missouri, tragically lost her life on July 26, 2012, in a shooting that occurred in Gravois Park. Kiera and her friend, Ronisha Jackson, were part of a group gathered in the park, located at the intersection of Miami and Louisiana Avenues.
