Death by Force

On April 15, 2016, Gina L. Smith, a 32-year-old woman from St. Louis, Missouri, was shot and killed in an apartment located in the 2700 block of Hadley. Responding to a call regarding a shooting at approximately 9:00 a.m., officers discovered that three individuals had been shot. Gina Smith and another victim, Shawn Quinn, aged 35, were pronounced dead at the scene. A third individual who had also been shot survived and was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
