I found information about the death of 23-year-old Toney Garrett, a male from Richmond, Virginia. On January 27, 2025, Richmond Police responded to reports of a shooting in the Gilpin Court neighborhood. Officers arrived at the scene on St. James Street just after 5 p.m. and discovered Toney Garrett lying unresponsive in the grass between buildings.
