In the early morning hours of February 4, 2025, the life of 22-year-old Nathaniel Mangram was tragically cut short on a street in Richmond, Virginia. A Black male, Mangram was discovered unresponsive in the front yard of a residence in the 1300 block of Coalter Street. Richmond Police officers responded to a call of a person shot at approximately 1:52 a.m. and found Mangram with an apparent gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
