Josselin Dallana Corea Escalante, a 16-year-old female of Guatemalan descent, tragically lost her life on January 22, 2025, in a shooting at Antioch High School in Nashville, Tennessee. The incident occurred in the school cafeteria, where the shooter, identified as 17-year-old Solomon Henderson, opened fire, killing Josselin and injuring another student before taking his own life.
