In the spring of 2016, a knock on the door of her Las Vegas apartment tragically ended the life of 24-year-old Tatiana Webster, an African-American woman. On the night of April 27th, at approximately 10:20 p.m., Webster answered a knock at her residence in the Skyline Parc apartment complex, located near Cambridge Street and Twain Avenue.
