Joseph Bruce Sr., 38, disappeared on June 25, 2018, from Devils Lake, North Dakota. That morning, he was last in contact with his girlfriend, telling her he was on his way to visit their son, who had been hospitalized in the Twin Cities due to a medical emergency.
