Heather Lorraine Warino Alvarado, a 35-year-old Hispanic female, tragically lost her life on October 1, 2017, in Las Vegas, Nevada. A resident of Cedar City, Utah, she was in attendance at the Route 91 Harvest Festival with her daughter. The country music festival turned into a scene of chaos when a gunman opened fire on the crowd from a hotel window above.
