On a tragic Thanksgiving Day in 2013, the life of 31-year-old Hispanic female Daniela Gastelum-Gutierrez was cut short in a violent act that unfolded within her Las Vegas home. The events of November 28, 2013, concluded with her death from a gunshot wound in what the Clark County coroner's office would later rule a homicide.
