In the early morning hours of July 29, 2020, in Las Vegas, 23-year-old Hispanic female Edna Reyes was fatally shot in what police believe was a drug deal gone wrong. Reyes was in a silver Toyota RAV4 with 24-year-old Dae'shawn King when they met with a man on McWilliams Avenue. After a conversation lasting several minutes, the man opened fire on the vehicle as it began to drive away.
