Thomas Edward Macri, a 56-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity, tragically passed away on September 13, 2015, in Bessemer, Pennsylvania. Macri, who served as the Bessemer Borough Police Chief, accidentally shot himself while cleaning a .40-caliber pistol at his home. He was home alone at the time, and his girlfriend discovered him shortly after the incident occurred.
