Death by Force

On the evening of April 20, 2025, at approximately 9:30 p.m., Austin Police Department officers responded to multiple calls reporting gunfire at a parking garage located at 2604 Aldrich Street in Austin, Texas. Upon arrival, officers discovered two men lying on the ground with apparent gunshot wounds. The victims were identified as Shamar Roach, a 24-year-old Black male, and Kendrick Parker, a 32-year-old Black male. Both men were pronounced dead at the scene.
