On the evening of February 13, 2025, 27-year-old Cesar Flores-Diaz, a male resident of Norristown, Pennsylvania, was returning home from a day at work. As he was parking his white Volkswagen on the 800 block of George Street at approximately 8:52 p.m., a sequence of events unfolded that would end his life.
