27-year-old Cesar Flores-Diaz was fatally shot on the night of February 13, 2025, in Norristown, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred at approximately 8:52 p.m. in the 800 block of George Street. Flores-Diaz, a Hispanic male, was found inside his white Volkswagen CC, which was still running with its headlights on. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds to the head.
