27-year-old Cesar Flores-Diaz was fatally shot on the night of February 13, 2025, in Norristown, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred at approximately 8:52 p.m. in the 800 block of George Street. Flores-Diaz, a Hispanic male, was found inside his white Volkswagen CC, which was still running with its headlights on. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds to the head. Authorities determined that he had been shot while parking his vehicle outside his residence.
