In the early moments of a Monday morning, just after midnight on February 26, 2018, a dark blue Dodge Neon was parked on the 700 block of Chain Street in Norristown, Pennsylvania. Inside the vehicle, a violent encounter had just taken place that would leave two men dead. Responding to reports of a shooting, Norristown Police arrived at a grim scene.
