On November 20, 2020, Abdur-Rachman Small, a 21-year-old male of African American ethnicity, was tragically shot and killed inside his Norristown, PA home. Police responded to a reported shooting at around 5:34 p.m. and found Small suffering from a gunshot wound to the head in the living room. He was immediately transported to Suburban Community Hospital and later flown to Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia, where he succumbed to his injuries the following day.
