Mark Quadrel, a 58-year-old man from New Jersey, was fatally shot on October 24, 2018, in Norristown, PA. The incident occurred at his son Steven Mark Quadrel's apartment on East Airy Street. Steven, who was 24 years old at the time, shot his father multiple times during an altercation. The cause of death was determined to be gunshot wounds to the head and torso, and the manner of death was ruled as homicide.
