In the late hours of November 4, 2015, in Norristown, Pennsylvania, the lives of two childhood friends were tragically cut short in a violent outburst. Quentin Watson Jr., a 26-year-old male, was found deceased with multiple gunshot wounds inside an apartment at the Park Place Apartments on Sandy Street.
