Marcel Edwin Edwards, a 26-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Philadelphia, PA, tragically lost his life on November 4, 2015, in Norristown, PA. Edwards was found deceased in the second-floor hallway of the Park Place Apartments on Sandy Street, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
