Monte Russell

Monte Russell, a 38-year-old resident of Pasadena, California, was tragically shot and killed on August 21, 2015. The incident occurred around 5:18 p.m. in the rear parking lot of a barbershop located in the 1700 block of East Washington Boulevard. According to reports, Russell was shot multiple times, and the suspects fled the scene in a grey four-door 2015 Dodge Charger.
