Ralph Williams, a 66-year-old male resident of Norristown, Pennsylvania, tragically lost his life on January 23, 2019. He was found shot dead in his second-floor bedroom during a double shooting incident at his home on Cherry Street. The other victim, whose identity was not disclosed, was critically injured and taken to a nearby hospital.
