On a Friday afternoon, October 7, 2022, Anthony Vitelli, a 47-year-old male, was walking through the parking lot of the Jefferson Court Apartments on Arch Street in Norristown, Pennsylvania. Tragically, he was about to be caught in the crossfire of a violent dispute that had nothing to do with him.
