Guillermo Rivera-Rubio, a 44-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on February 26, 2018, in Norristown, Pennsylvania. He was fatally shot in the head during a cocaine transaction in the 700 block of Chain Street. Rivera-Rubio was found inside a blue Dodge Neon alongside another victim, Isaias Martinez, who was pronounced dead at the scene. Rivera-Rubio was transported to Einstein Hospital but later pronounced dead.
