On the morning of December 26, 2024, law enforcement responded to a reported shooting incident at a residence on Sunset Point Yankee Lake in the town of Mamakating, New York. Upon arrival, officers discovered the body of Thomas K. Fusco, a 65-year-old male of Wurtsboro, NY, inside the residence. He had suffered a fatal gunshot wound.
