Elliott Wilkie Cheatham Jr., a 43-year-old man from Raleigh, North Carolina, tragically lost his life on June 21, 2020. Cheatham was shot around 7 p.m. near the 1100 block of Blount Street in downtown Raleigh. He was transported to WakeMed, where he later succumbed to his injuries.

The Raleigh Police Department launched an investigation into the shooting, which led to the arrest of two individuals. Damon Demont Nicholson, a 38-year-old man, was charged with murder, while Andreal Danielle ...
