Johanci Chapman, a 25-year-old man, was fatally shot on January 12, 2025, in Brooklyn, New York. The incident occurred in front of 837 Utica Avenue in East Flatbush. Chapman, who was working as a van driver at the time, was struck by gunfire when another van pulled up alongside his vehicle and shots were fired.
