Lawrence Walden, a 27-year-old resident of Brooklyn, New York, tragically lost his life on July 10, 2014. He was found with a fatal gunshot wound to the head in Coney Island’s Bayview Houses. The incident occurred around 9:30 p.m. when a passerby noticed Walden slumped over outside the housing complex and called 911. Upon arrival, police found him lying on his side, groaning in pain.
