On the cold evening of March 15, 2017, the life of 19-year-old Trevon Dickens was tragically cut short in the East Flatbush neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. The young man, a resident of East New York, was discovered lifeless in the middle of East 91st Street with a single gunshot wound to his head.
