Ancil Blackman, a 39-year-old resident of Brooklyn, New York, was tragically shot and killed on July 24, 2020. The incident occurred in broad daylight around 5:30 p.m. outside the Miller Evangelical Christian Union Church, near his home between Bedford and Rogers avenues in Crown Heights.
