In the late hours of a Tuesday night in Tulsa, Oklahoma, a dispute in the hallway of the Studio Star Motel escalated into a fatal encounter for Samuel Mack. The 52-year-old man was found by Tulsa Police officers with multiple gunshot wounds. He was quickly transported to a local hospital, but his injuries proved to be too severe, and he died a short time later.
