In the early morning hours of May 4, 2014, the life of 26-year-old Terrance Jerome Valentine was tragically cut short in the parking lot of a Motel 6 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. An altercation that began over a conversation would escalate to a fatal encounter, leaving a family to mourn and a community to seek justice. The male victim was found shot to death, marking the city's 15th homicide of the year.
