Robert Prescott, a 48-year-old man from Rochester, New York, was fatally shot on February 9, 2025, in a parking lot on Thurston Road. The incident occurred around midnight, and Prescott was rushed to the University of Rochester Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries shortly thereafter. Authorities reported that the shooting stemmed from an altercation inside a bar on Thurston Road earlier that evening.
