In the spring of 2014, a young Black / African American man's life was tragically cut short, leaving a community searching for answers. On the first of April, 21-year-old Marcus King was killed in Columbus, Georgia. The incident that led to his death occurred at 3003 Victory Drive. He was transported to Midtown Medical Center, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
