Demetrius Daniels, a 26-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on April 11, 2021, in Columbus, Georgia. The incident occurred in the 4600 block of Reese Road, where Daniels was sitting on a porch with Rodney Daniels, who is not related to him. During this time, a black Nissan Altima drove by, and the passenger fired 17 shots, one of which struck Demetrius Daniels, resulting in his death.
