In the early morning hours of May 3, 2025, a fatal altercation unfolded in Bokchito, Oklahoma, ending the life of 34-year-old Michael Jay Bragg. A white male, Bragg was discovered by Bryan County Sheriff's deputies at a property on State Highway 70, having sustained a fatal gunshot wound. The deputies were responding to a report of a shooting in the rural area.
