In the late hours of Thursday, March 13, 2025, a physical altercation in the hallway of a Bellevue, Nebraska, apartment building escalated into a fatal encounter. George Negrete, a 21-year-old Caucasian male, was shot and killed. The incident, which was reported to police at approximately 10:26 p.m., unfolded in the 1400 block of south Galvin Road.
