Death by Force

In the late hours of a September night in 1996, the life of 20-year-old Rodolfo Flores, a Hispanic male, was tragically cut short in Bellevue, Nebraska. On Saturday, September 14, Flores was fatally wounded by gunfire in an incident that has left lingering questions. The shooting occurred in the parking lot of an apartment complex located in the 2500 block of an undisclosed street.
