A promising young athlete's life was cut tragically short in New Iberia, Louisiana. The male teenager, Rylon Martrel Daniels, was just 14 years old when he was fatally shot on the evening of Saturday, April 12, 2025. The incident occurred near the New Iberia Spanish Festival, which was consequently shut down early.
